Eve International Logistics is a third-party logistics company focused on delivering fast and efficient supply chain solutions to customers. The IT Support specialist will support EVE in hardware and software installations, trouble-shooting employee issues, and helping manage third-party software platforms in which the Company leverages in its day to day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to both on-site and other employees
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for staff members
- Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones
- Assist with maintaining and updating company technology and network equipment.
- Train staff on basic IT processes and best practices.
- Support IT-related projects and initiatives as needed.
- Analyze company needs and boost efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; associates or bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Previous experience in an IT support role preferred

Compensation
- $50,000-$55,000 base salary
- Eligible for year-end bonus
