Job Summary 

The Mitigation Manager Secures and oversees all jobs with an 80% close rate. They manage workflow, ensure job quality, and handle large loss projects. Additionally, they lead and train the team, manage customer relations, maintain inventory, and accurately estimate jobs using specialized tools.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Trainable
  Able to listen, learn, practice, and perform all responsibilities and work that mitigation managers perform
• Certified
  Trained, certified, and proficient in about half of the following: Xactimate, Matterport, Encircle, DISTO use, thermal imaging, & related software/tools. Licensed in around twelve IICRC, lead, asbestos, hazmat, or other restoration-related trades
• Follow Direction
  Follows managers direction regarding all work assignments

Requirements:

• Experience: 5 years (preferred)
• Education: Bachelors degree in construction or related field (preferred)
• Certifications: experience in half of: Xactimate, Matterport, Encircle, disto use, thermal imaging, thermal-hygrometer. Six to nine restoration-related certifications.
