Looking for a PT In Home Caregiver in Taylor. Hours are Mon, Wed and Fri 12pm - 5pm. The client is a smoker, and driving is required. 15 hours per week!

RESPONSIBILITEIS
- Provide routine individualized care for the client following a plan of care
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing, light housekeeping, assist with meal prep and feeding and running errands
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess a caregiving mentality
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to utilize an electronic timekeeping system
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience in caregiving (informal OR formal)
- Experience transferring a patient preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass a background check
- At least 18 years old
