What you will do:
In this role, you will manage the technical functions of our applicant tracking system (Jobvite). You will use your deep knowledge and expertise to manage candidate data, produce insightful reporting, tackle questions for end users, troubleshoot problems, document procedures, and continuously look for new ways to automate processes. You will help us maintain ATS data integrity and will be the primary point of contact with the ATS provider for escalating issues and communicating product updates with the internal team.
How you will make an impact:
- Setup, configuration & management of ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Troubleshooting, support & escalation of issues
- Report creation, generation & analysis
- Presenting insights to Director of TA Operations
- Handle administrator requests such as adding locations, internal titles & other tasks
- DocuSign ownership & management
- Prepare and send offer letters outside of ATS when necessary
- Manage new hire access to ATS
- Jobvite training development
- Integration of new entities into ATS
- ATS contract management
How you will grab our attention:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4 years of experience in talent acquisition; preferably in a TA operations capacity
- Administrator level experience with Jobvite applicant tracking system (preferred); other ATS will be considered
- Experience creating customized, detailed reports (inside ATS)
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Google Workspace - Sheets, Docs, Slides
- Ownership mentality, ability to work in fast-paced agile environment

Salary : $61,900 - $78,400
