Job Title: HR Business Partner
Overview:
Located in Otay Mesa.
We're looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to lead recruitment efforts and support broader HR initiatives. This role combines sourcing expertise with project management, employee relations, and HR analytics—contributing to organizational growth and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing and recruitment for specialized and high-impact roles.
- Use advanced tools and platforms to identify and engage top talent.
- Partner with managers to define hiring needs and deliver a strong candidate experience.
- Train managers and HR staff on interview techniques and hiring best practices.
- Support succession planning and internal talent pipeline development.
- Contribute to HR projects focused on process improvement and system optimization.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and issue resolution.
- Manage data in ATS and HRIS systems; generate reports and hiring metrics.
- Leverage AI and analytics to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Perform other HR duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5 years in HR with a focus on recruitment and strategic sourcing.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred.
- Proficient in ATS and HRIS systems.
