What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Diagnose and fix hardware and software problems on a variety of devices, ensuring smooth operation for both personal and professional users.
- Protect & Clean Devices: Safeguard customer devices by removing viruses, malware, and other cybersecurity threats, keeping their systems running safely and efficiently.
- Device Setup & Support: Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining new computers, laptops, printers, and multi-functional devices for customers.
- Email & OS Assistance: Provide expert support for email setups, troubleshooting, and operating system issues, ensuring a seamless experience for users.
- Networking Help: Troubleshoot router setups, Wi-Fi connectivity issues, and optimize networking environments for better performance.
- Security Systems: Install and troubleshoot security camera systems, ensuring our customers' properties are always secure.
- Tech Recommendations: Offer recommendations for hardware, software, and system upgrades to improve customer productivity and technology experience.
- Stay Organized: Maintain accurate service records, communicate timelines and solutions clearly, and manage customer expectations effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Strong knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems (especially Windows), and networking technologies.
- Problem-Solving Expert: You’re skilled at quickly identifying issues and delivering effective solutions with attention to detail.
- Customer-Focused Communicator: You thrive in customer-facing situations and excel in clear, professional communication.
- Time Management: You can prioritize tasks efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions without compromising quality.
- On-Site Support Ready: A valid driver’s license is required for occasional on-site visits to assist with more hands-on tech issues.
