Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a process-oriented Human Resources Generalist! This position is responsible for supporting the organization on a professional level in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. Strong candidates will demonstrate the ability to build trusting relationships, manage multiple competing projects and deadlines, and take pride and ownership in their work.

The Ideal Candidate

• Provides a delightful experience throughout the full recruiting cycle and orientation of new team members.
• Maintains employee records with strict confidentiality.
• Ensures employee benefit administration is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Remains knowledgeable on changing state and federal legislature.
• Assists with employee leave of absence, Worker’s Compensation claims, and HR metrics tracking.

What You’ll Bring

• 2 years of experience in the human resources field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Organization and attention to detail
