Position Title: Manager of Corporate Strategy
Business Unit: Finance
Reports to: Director of Corporate Strategy
Position Overview:
Responsible for managing the creation of recurring and ad hoc executive-level financial reporting and analytics. Takes direction from and assists the Chairman, President and CEO and will engage with finance and business lines to develop and analyze information regarding financial performance. This incumbent will demonstrate critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop talent and have a high level of attention to detail. Deep understanding of industry trends and ability to generate and execute on ideas to maximize shareholder value.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversees strategic analysis at the direction of the CEO and other executives. Manages the process of identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiencies.
- Manages processes regarding monthly financial forecast and results, quarterly earnings, and annual strategic plan/budget.
- Participates in analyzing data regarding the key financial and business metrics, ties together financial information, underlying business drivers, and the macroeconomic environment.
- Oversees the preparation of high-quality financial reports and presentations, with a primary focus on executive and Board of Directors-level materials.
- Works collaboratively alongside lines of business to develop and provide strategies for business operations.
- Generates ideas and business initiatives that increase shareholder value.
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
