Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Equipment Inventory Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing invoices, bill payments, damage claims, ordering Allied product line and work tool attachments, and inventory. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities :
- Invoicing : Prepare and send invoices to other dealerships, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Invoice Payments : Accurately process and pay invoices, ensuring all items are correctly accounted for.
- Damage Claims : Handle and process damage claims, coordinating with relevant parties to resolve issues efficiently.
- Order Management : Order machine attachments and Allied products as needed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery. Qualifications :
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
