We are hiring for a part time (15-35 hours per week) position for the 2025 season. Outdoor loader/customer assistant, delivery, lawn maintenance and general garden center support position is available. We are looking for someone who can work all weekends during our busy season.

Job Title: Loading Assistant and Product Readiness Assistant
Reports To: Front End Manager
Position Type: Part Time-Temporary, Seasonal
Role and Responsibilities: A position for someone who loves being physical, enjoys being outdoors, likes being around plants, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Should be motivated, hardworking and willing to learn and take responsibility.
Skills:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, bending, twisting and standing for long periods of time
- Clean driver's license record
- A positive and helpful attitude
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to adjust to changing needs and assist where you are needed most
- Able to work in different environments and weather conditions

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers to load large or heavy items (ie; plants, soil, furniture, pots)
- Gather and return carts to designated areas
- Label/assist with receiving in and moving plants from receiving area to display areas
- Delivering customer purchases to their homes
- Assist in keeping the facility clean by emptying trash and picking up
- Lawn maintenance
- Keep customers your number one priority by answering basic questions, finding the right help where needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask
- Interest in gardening or plants
- Previous experience in a retail workspace is helpful
- Team focused. Actively looks for ways to help both customers and staff
