- Design and implement SharePoint and web-based solutions that support Preconstruction business processes vital to NCDOT.
- Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories for the Development Team.
- Prioritize tasks and track the progress of deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Document program and project deliverables as required.
- Collaborate with clients to implement refined business processes.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on SharePoint and web content management solutions.
- Develop and present training materials for new business processes and IT applications.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow team members.
- Proven experience in designing SharePoint and web-based content solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge in Quality Assurance testing.
- Familiarity with AGILE software development methodology and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in creating custom Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Comprehensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in SharePoint and web-based solutions.
- Expertise in evaluating business processes and re-engineering.
- Experience in creating clear and concise technical training materials as a Business Analyst.
