Faith Chapel: Seeking IT Support Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the first line of support for technical assistance over the phone, email, in person or via our remote software.
- Install and maintain virus protection on all computers (Sophos Intercept)
- Provide crucial remote support to employees who mainly work remotely.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure the seamless onboarding of new employees with the necessary IT equipment and software.
- Manage all facets of our computer asset lifecycle, from procurement to retirement.
- Engage in systems maintenance and contribute to our knowledge base with troubleshooting articles.
- Respond to basic IT requests such as password resets, peripheral configurations, desktop/laptop/ iPad/iPhone configurations, software installations and hardware repair
- Support common enterprise software solutions including Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Zoom and PDF programs (Adobe and Foxit Pro)
- Provide basic technical training to new and existing staff.
- Facilitate software installations and manage IT support ticketing system to ensure efficient resolution processes.
- Uphold our company’s professional standards in all interactions, demonstrating respect, efficiency, and a customer-first attitude.
- Work 2 Sundays a month (4 hours)
Field Services at our Downtown Homeless Center Include:
- Network support.
- IP Phone support and configuration
- Montior and support IT issues with Dell warranty support for all IT computers at location.
- Serve as the primary contact for field office IT support.
- Will need to drive to this location as needed.
