What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Loan Processing Coordinator position at Farm Credit Northwest Florida?
Farm Credit of Northwest Florida is looking for a full-time Home Loan Processing Coordinator to provide quality customer service to our customers through documentation gathering and ordering, and delivering clear and effective communication to our customers while ensuring proper disclosure regulations are being upheld. As a Loan Processing coordinator, your essential functions will be to provide processing support, ensuring compliance with Association policy and procedures.
Mortgage Loan Processing Support
- Process mortgage loan applications.
- Ensure loans are disclosed and delivered in compliance with Federal regulations.
- Properly identifies and discloses changes in circumstances.
- Order credit reports, title, flood, and appraisals.
- Submit mortgage loan application file for underwriting approval.
- Clears financial information conditions for closing.
- Ensures all required information is keyed into system applications and that the data is in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Communicates with internal closers and investors to obtain efficient closings.
- Processes withdrawn applications and prepares / sends adverse action notices.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an Associates degree with 3-5 years administrative and customer service experience. Candidate must be self-motivated and organized with exceptional follow-up, time-management, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
The salary range for this position is $46,000 - $56,300 and up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K as part of a full benefits package. Proficient in English and bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8 : 00 to 5 : 00. This position is not eligible for remote work.
