FieldBridge Energy is looking for an Accountant to work for a world leader in gases, technologies, and services for different industries. Get paid weekly.
Pay / Schedule: $58 /hr. M-F 8 hours US central time.
Assignment Length: 8-12 weeks
We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Accountant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and improve quality of balance sheet reconciliations for E&C Americas
- Research and clean up old reconciling items
- Assess valuation of accounts and reasonableness of estimates
- Identify risks and opportunities and propose / book adjustments as necessary
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of balance sheet accounts in accordance with Air Liquide policies
- Track progress of overall balance sheet reconciliation project
- Perform various ad hoc analyses and presentations
Qualifications:
Highest Level of Education Required for this Position: Bachelors Degee
- 3-5 years experience in accounting / finance
- Bachelor degree in accounting or similar experience
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong accounting skills
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google sheets)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- SAP experience a plus
- Certified Public Accountant a plus
