What are the responsibilities and job description for the Secretary/Receptionist position at FINAL TOUCH CLEANING?
Responsibilities: must have computer skills—quick book experience, basic office equipment experience
3-5 days a week, 8am to 4:30
- billing/bookkeeping
- Answer phone calls
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage the front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized/along with bathroom and hallway
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with office management duties as needed/mailing/emails ect.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or secretary preferred
must know quick books and other software and know your way around office equipment, such as printers, ect
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Clean office area and bathroom.
