Wonder Years Preschool is seeking a certified assistant preschool teacher for the 2024-2025 school year.

Wonder Years Preschool is a presbyterian preschool ages 18 months to – 5 years old. We are located in Bonita Springs, Florida, a mission of the First Presbyterian Church of Bonita Springs. We offer small class sizes in a developmentally appropriate and supportive environment. Applicants must have a love of Lord and walk in the life of faith.
Wonder Years provides a Christian, caring and loving environment for its staff, students and families. We provide training and encourage growth and development in the teachers and their skills. We have daily morning devotions to encourage and lift one another up.
Responsibilities:
*Assist the teacher in supervising children at all times and maintaining child safety policies.
*Maintain a clean and healthy classroom.
*Assist the teacher in establishing routines and provide positive guidance.
*Have the physical ability to lift or carry a child and sit on the floor.
*Assist the teacher with other tasks as needed.
Job type: Part time

Experience: Teaching 1 year (Preferred)
Schedule: 6 hour shift (8 am-2 pm) *Mandatory in-service and school events.
License/Certification: High School diploma (required), DCF 40 Hours
Background check and drug screening required
