FirstFour Staffing has partnered with a reputable organization that is seeking to add a Benefits Coordinator to their team in Mobile, Alabama.
***This is an onsite role that cannot be performed remotely.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client benefits and enrollment process.
- Oversee client eligibility, enrollments, terminations, contacting clients about their renewals, maintaining employee and client records.
- Generate open enrollment notices, Cobra notices, termination notices.
- Answer questions from employees about their benefit deductions.
- Research and resolve questions regarding benefit deductions, eligibility and enrollments.
- Maintain knowledge of all Benefits software and services.
- Ensure that the highest quality level of customer service is provided to clients and employees.
- Maintain positive working relationships with clients, co-workers & other departments
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
- Minimum of 2-3 years benefits enrollment experience
- Highly proficient in computer skills and technology
- Accurate and meticulous in data entry
- Strong clerical, administrative and general office skills
- Very good calculation and memory skills
- Good organization and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate internally.
- Able to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
Salary : $39,520 - $43,680
