FirstLight Home Care is now hiring a Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist to support our agency's office in the Tri-Valley area. WAGE: $24 - $27 per hr
PAYDAY: Every other week
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in Home Care Operations, Recruiting, Schedule Management, and Care Management

Recruiting and Scheduling:
- Recruitment and onboarding efforts: candidate interviewing and vetting; reference checks; assisting applicants with new hire paperwork.
- Execution of in-person orientations
- Support the creation and maintenance of client and caregiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and development of extraordinary relationships.
- Office tasks, including filing personnel folders and answering phones.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home care, home health, or staffing operations; other types of operational experience may be acceptable.
- Experience in recruiting and schedule management.
- Ability to interface effectively with clients and caregivers; ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to listen effectively with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to demonstrate good organizational skills and computer skills (proficient in Word and Excel)
- Ability to work in both a collaborative team environment and an independent, self-motivated environment.
