Future Opportunities with FEMA

We are currently seeking Project Manager/Construction Managers (Program Delivery Managers/ PDMG’s) in support of FEMA disaster relief efforts across the United States. Do you want to give back to communities? Do you want to travel across the country and have the travel expenses covered? We have ongoing needs for environmental specialist opportunities in support of FEMA’s Public Assistance program.

What You Will Be Doing

These deployments focus on rebuilding/reconstruction efforts for anything owned by a government entity such as infrastructure including roadways, bridges, and highways, city/county buildings, school and hospitals. You will be assisting these entities throughout the FEMA grants application process. This could include coordinating with various entities throughout the FEMA grants application process, facilitate accurate and efficient delivery of funding, document, validate and review damages, conduct site inspections, record scope of work and cost estimates, and meet with various entities who are seeking to initiate the application process.

Expected pay: $50/hr.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years professional experience
• Bachelors Degree or 10 years of field experience
• Prior PDMG experience
• Ability to commit to 6 or 12 month assignments (You decide what assignments you’re interested in)
• Ability to travel
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• US Citizen
• Ability to walk sites for damage assessments and ability to lift up to 25 pound's.
