Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Rockstar Sales agent to be at Reception of our office or model and sell Estate/ Luxury homes to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing administrative tasks, and generally assisting with the smooth operation of the real estate sales office, creating a positive first impression for potential clients

Key responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and visitors: Welcoming clients warmly upon arrival, directing them to the appropriate agent or office.
- Answering and directing phone calls: Professionally answering all incoming calls, transferring calls to relevant agents, and taking messages when necessary.
- Appointment scheduling: Coordinating and managing client appointments with real estate agents using the office calendar system.
- Administrative tasks: Handling general office duties like filing, copying, scanning, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Office maintenance: Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Correspondence management: Receiving and distributing mail, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Lead generation support: May assist with qualifying potential leads and providing basic information about properties.
- Marketing support: Potentially assisting with marketing materials, updating listings on online platforms.
- Conducting property tours: Showcase the unique features and amenities of luxury homes to potential buyers.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies: Create targeted marketing campaigns to reach affluent buyers.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients: Provide personalized service and build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
- Staying up-to-date on market trends: Monitor the luxury real estate market and stay informed about current trends and property values.
- Providing guidance and advice to clients: Offer expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and investment strategies.
- Managing transactions: Oversee all aspects of the transaction process, from offer to closing.
- Client Representation: Represent wealthy clients in purchasing or selling luxury homes, ensuring their specific needs and preferences are met.
- Property Listings: Manage the listing process for multimillion-dollar homes, including setting the right price based on market trends and the property's unique features.
- Marketing: Use high-end marketing techniques, such as professional photography, 3D videography, virtual tours, and custom brochures, to showcase properties to elite buyers. They may also host exclusive open houses or private viewings.
- Networking: Maintain an extensive network of affluent buyers, sellers, and other industry professionals (e.g., architects, interior designers), helping connect the right people with the right properties.
- Negotiation: Negotiate on behalf of their clients to ensure favorable terms, leveraging their market knowledge and experience in high-stakes transactions.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Given the wealth and privacy concerns of their clients, luxury real estate agents must operate with the utmost discretion and protect client confidentiality during the process.
- Market Insights: Provide clients with detailed insights into luxury market trends, helping them make informed decisions.
Required skills:
