Description & Requirements


FORVIS is looking for an organized and self-motivated Administrative Specialist to be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel. As an Administrative Specialist, you will work closely with our Administration team by handling clerical duties, proofreading, and formatting professional documents, and offering additional assistance where it is needed.


How you will contribute:

  • Mail Room processing – FedEx, certified, priority mail packages
  • Fulfill print and copy requests
  • Copy, fold, and stuff mailers
  • Binding audit and cost reports and PowerPoints
  • Providing administrative assistance to partners for special projects
  • Fulfilling reception duties as a backup to the Receptionist
  • Hospitality duties through the office – kitchen, coffee, breakroom clean up, etc.
  • Assisting in other administrative areas

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a professional image
  • Keyboarding competency


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year or more of relevant experience
