Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our organization's IT infrastructure.

Known primarily for its 29 Shell and Marathon Convenience Stores, Forward's brand portfolio has grown to include over 50 Subway Restaurants, Super 8 Hotels, a Quality Inn, The LumberJack Restaurant in West Branch, and Ideal Party Stores of Bay City. Forward Corp. also owns and operates Forward Energy, a home-heating business, and T.R. McTaggart, a custom screen print and embroidery business. Responsibilities:
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up and manage user accounts and permissions
- Maintain and monitor computer systems and networks
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems
- Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated
Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Server
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience configuring networks, including LAN and WAN
