Role Overview:
Reporting to AE’s and Director of Sales, Men’s, the Assistant Account Executive will be responsible for assisting in all tasks to maintain and advance the business. This role will assist on major department stores and select specialty wholesale accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze sales by customer on a weekly basis; compile weekly selling reports, analyze and identify trends to suggest potential actions to sales teams.
- Responsible for order processing, reviewing for accuracy, communicating changes, and managing EDI transmission.
- Track and update the status of PO’s, shipments, inventory and ATS, as well as manage EDI transmissions.
- Ensure excellent level of customer service; primary wholesale logistics contact with clients and HQ customer service.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing samples for COM and marketing shoots and create copy sheets.
- Set up showroom for meetings and assist with any meeting related tasks.
- Responsible for market prep – scheduling appointments, gathering supplies, pulling samples.
- Create pre and post market selling tools and training materials (Joor, Nuorder, PK materials).
- Responsible for managing replenishment programs across majors, managing EDI’s, order bulks, stock levels, and suggesting recuts when needed.
- Knowledge in excel, JOOR and NuOrder is preferred
