Mission of the Position:
The Senior Director of Training and Development provides seamless training experience by empowering team members across the Organization to grow and develop their knowledge, skills, and capabilities to drive overall business performance. This position is responsible for spearheading the development and execution of a comprehensive operational learning strategy, directly contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
Scope:
The Senior Director of Training and Development reports to the VP of Operations and will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and driving continuous improvement. This role oversees a team of learning and development professionals and collaborates with the Director of Training Development to ensure all content is audience appropriate.
Key Criteria/Requirements:
Franchise experience mandatory with an organization/s with strong customer centric focus.
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline, preferred.
- Proven track record with a minimum of 8 years in a role in learning and development.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
Minimum of 3 days at the Support Center and 2 days working remotely.
Position is based in Texas. Relocation assistance provided.
Ability to multi-task and be an initiative-taker.
15% travel.
