Receptionist/Administrative Assistant – Goshen Campus
Francis Parker School of Louisville, Goshen Campus, seeks a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to start as soon as possible in October 2024. Francis Parker School of Louisville is a Preschool - 12th grade, co-ed, secular, Independent School founded in the Progressive tradition that is committed to equity and justice and located on two campuses in Louisville and Goshen, Kentucky. This position is critical to the School’s operations and requires a conscientious, enthusiastic, optimistic, and flexible person who loves working with children, seeks to support School leadership, and provides a friendly voice/face to all who come in contact with the School. Skills required include: excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, ability to multi-task, strong written and oral communication skills, an interest in developing cultural competence, and excellent technology skills, especially with databases, the Google Education suite, and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include entering and keeping track of all student information, including tracking daily attendance; interfacing regularly with faculty/staff, students, and parents; managing the first aid needs of students; supporting the Goshen Campus administrative staff; and ensuring that the faculty and staff have all the supplies and material they need. Required: BA/BS and a minimum of two years’ experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant.
