About the job
This role is responsible for marketing efforts for Franke Coffee Systems North America. The focus will be 1) market research and 2) digital marketing.
Your tasks
- Responsible for all market research & insights pertaining to: Channel Insights, Coffee Category, Competition within the industry, Customer Targeting
- Report executive summaries with learnings and insights gained to leadership team and sales from purchased reports, industry events & webinars
- Foodservice channel knowledge a plus for QSR, Bakery/Café, and C-Store.
- Identifies, analyzes, and maintains an understanding of both the industry and key relevant trends; prioritizes and applies this knowledge to key marketing initiatives.
- Collaborates with team and works independently delivering research and insights to the team.
- Works cross functionally to introduce new trends and competitive data to Sales and Leadership
- Competitive Tracking, Analysis & Reporting
- Coffee Competency
- Challenger sales lead (supporting customer presentations with relevant trend support, insight messages, etc.)
- Market Sizing Research - US Market Share, work with global
- Use research and insights to drive digital strategy for SEO & SEA Strategy
- Manage and report performance on the following digital platforms: Website, Webshop and Customer Portal
- Contributes to the development of strategic marketing plans
- Reliable attendance and ability to travel is a must

- Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of key marketing and sales principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Design — Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in communicating and promoting brand awareness.
- Language Skills: Advanced Skills - Ability to write, edit, and proofread documents such as brochures, white papers, case studies, brochures, etc. Ability to design and/or proof designs and layouts. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
- Mathematical Skills: Intermediate Skills - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as product pricing and discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Reasoning Ability: Intermediate – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphical format. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Computer Skills: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop and Indesign

Salary : $68,600 - $86,900
