Remote hours are flexible but should occur during regular business hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM). Candidates who prefer to work 100% in-office are also welcome to apply.

The EAM is one of the most cross-functional roles in the company. You'll work directly with the owners to manage time, drive priorities forward, and ensure alignment across departments. You'll interact with all team members—including engineering, operations, sales, and support—and serve as a “glue” role that keeps everyone coordinated.
While the rest of the team is focused on execution in the field or with clients, the EAM helps ensure things happen on time, in the right order, and with the right people involved.
This Executive Assistant position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team while developing your professional skills in a supportive environment. If you are detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to make an impact, we encourage you to apply.
