Chiropractic Assistant

Seeking team player and people person, passionate in natural health

• Greet patients
• answer phone / texts / emails
• checking in and out patients
• scheduling multiple appointments with multiple providers
• set up new patients (accurate data entry, insurance verifications)
• process payments
• Must be available Fridays: 8:15am-6:30pm (potential for transition to full time if a position opens up)

• You're friendly, you can work quickly and you care about people. Our patients are the reason we exist and customer service standards are high.
• You don't get flustered with multiple things happening at once and know how to prioritize tasks (phones ringing, people checking in/out, chat/texts)
• You're ok with busy. This position is very busy at times and will require full focus and attention.
• You can work at a standing workstation during busy times (~4-5 hours total per day)
• You can work with multiple monitors/windows at once.
• You're quick learner.
• Your attention to detail is on point (we deal with insurance, details matter). You generally don't make mistakes.
• Cluttered work spaces make you crazy, you prefer things neat and organized!
• GSD - Your work ethic is solid, you get your job done without excessive oversight.
• You consistently perform complete work and tasks in a timely fashion.
• Your glass generally half-full and you focus on the positive in most situations.
• You work well with others who also get their jobs done without any drama.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have minimum 1 year experience - chiropractic - medical - dental - optometry (and /or) veterinarian settings qualify.
• Must be willing to participate in a healthy work environment (no fast food in the office, exercise/self-care/chiropractic encouraged)
• We are tattoo and piercing friendly (exception: no face, head, neck or hand tattoos)
