Neuvokas Corporation manufacturers GatorBar; an industry leading, fiberglass composite rebar concrete reinforcement. Manufacturing from within a century’s old, re-purposed mining building in Ahmeek, MI, Neuvokas is uniquely located within Michigan’s beautiful Copper Country. Since being introduced to the market in 2014, GatorBar has become the product leader in composite rebar concrete reinforcement for flatwork, foundations/footings and stem walls. An internal promotion has created an opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist.
Responsibilities:
· The Customer Success Specialist will identify concrete installers and contact them via phone/e-mail to introduce and or reinforce the benefits of installing GatorBar over steel or other composite rebar options and provide a regional list of dealers/retailers where GatorBar can be purchased.
· The Customer Success Specialist will identify potential dealers and contact them via phone/e-mail to introduce and or reinforce the benefits of selling GatorBar and to qualify potential companies and forward qualified contact to the respective Sales Representative.
· The Customer Success Specialist will identify key code officials and engineering contacts and contact them via phone/e-mail to introduce GatorBar information and reinforce the benefits of installing GatorBar over steel or other composite rebar options.
· The Customer Success Specialist will make small order deliveries as needed to GatorBar customers across the nation.
· The Customer Success Specialist will assist with Key Accounts in educating and servicing Key Accounts across the nation.
· The Customer Success Specialist will represent GatorBar at trade and consumer shows, lunch and learns, and product knowledge sessions as needed.
· Working in conjunction with the Sales Representatives, the Customer Success Specialist will work with existing GatorBar dealers to further enhance the customer relationship through increased customer contact, responses for information, and/or increased servicing.
· Working in conjunction with the Director of Sales, the Customer Success Specialist will develop processes for focusing daily work efforts, performance monitoring, and result reporting.
· The Customer Success Specialist will have primary responsibility for ensuring organizational CRM data entry, discipline, and maintenance, within HubSpot.
· The Customer Success Specialist will work with other sales team members ensuring that organizational sample production and coordination needs are met.
· The Customer Success Specialist will schedule travel with manufacturers reps, meet customers, and share the services that can be provided to the customer. This is expected to be 1 week per month and can be scheduled with code/engineering work. This travel is in addition to the delivery requirement of this position.
