Job Description

Generator Supercenter is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented and organized Franchise Administrator to join our growing team. The Franchise Administrator will play a key role in supporting the operational efficiency of our franchise system, ensuring smooth communication between franchisees and corporate headquarters, and assisting with various administrative tasks related to franchise operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage franchisee records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurate.
  • Provide administrative support to franchisees, including responding to queries and processing orders.
  • Assist with onboarding new franchisees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information for a successful launch.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to track collateral for franchisees.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring franchisees receive the necessary materials and updates.
  • Help organize and schedule franchisee training sessions and events.
  • Ensure compliance with franchise agreements and help track important deadlines or renewal dates.
  • Communicate regularly with franchisees to maintain strong relationships and support their operational needs
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
