Growth VP of Marketing

Job Overview

We are in search of a forward-thinking and seasoned Vice President of Growth to become an integral part of our pioneering team. This influential leadership position will involve direct reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), where you will be instrumental in crafting our growth strategy and supervising the execution of demand generation initiatives, performance marketing, and overall marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate to formulate an extensive growth marketing strategy aimed at conceptualizing and launching campaigns that cultivate qualified leads and bolster the sales pipeline.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with sponsors to amplify our market presence.
• Spearhead the advancement of our digital marketing strategies by partnering with the marketing team to enhance qualified traffic and leads through SEO, paid social, search, and content syndication.
• Collaborate with leadership to devise and implement go-to-market strategies for exploring new market territories.
• Forge robust internal relationships with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Client Strategy, Product, and Product Marketing to gather valuable insights into our business growth objectives.
• Identify and onboard new marketing technologies and vendors to optimize our marketing outreach and efficiency.
