• Over 12 years of recruiting experience within high-growth environments, particularly in technical recruiting.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience with a proven ability to develop and cultivate recruiting teams.

• Demonstrated capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Expertise in the complete recruitment lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on efficiently scaling processes.
