Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the customer journey following purchase, ensuring that users can effortlessly manage prescriptions, monitor health progress, and access resources via the app.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to create an intuitive and engaging user experience that empowers our customers on their health journeys.
- Assist in the rollout of new products, making sure that the app experience seamlessly incorporates new features, from prescriptions to lab tests.
- Act as the customer advocate, leveraging data and feedback to continuously enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Analyze user behavior, pinpoint pain points, and uncover opportunities for improving the user experience.
- Influence the product roadmap through insightful customer feedback and work in tandem with various teams to deliver impactful features that drive key business objectives.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in high-growth startups within ecommerce or consumer health sectors.
- A proven track record in mobile applications and enhancing customer retention.
- A strong passion for user experience paired with a talent for collaborating with design teams to craft seamless user pathways.
- Proficient in data-driven decision-making, with substantial experience in A/B testing and user research.
- Technical proficiency to effectively engage with engineering teams and address any issues as needed.
