Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with IT leadership to formulate and implement strategies for application management, resource planning, and platform utilization that promote business expansion and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a geographically distributed team, emphasizing performance management and fostering a cooperative work atmosphere.
- Process Improvement: Champion ongoing enhancements in software development, database administration, and system integrations. Strive for process excellence and introduce innovative solutions.
- Project Management: Oversee and direct multiple high-priority projects, ensuring the timely completion of deliverables in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Service Delivery: Develop and refine service delivery models to align business requirements with technological solutions.
- Resource Planning: Determine essential resources, establish timelines, and guarantee project completion in accordance with established expectations.

- Expertise in product management, business analysis, and process optimization.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies and Data Architecture/Design.
- Proficiency in technologies such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Clinical Trial Management Applications, and various systems utilized in the CRO industry.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and conflict resolution abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or a related discipline; a Master's Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration is advantageous but equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a direct management role.
