We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Executive Assistant/Project Manager to join our esteemed organization. As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering direct support to our clients in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. This position is entirely remote, offering flexible working arrangements with a commitment of 20-40 hours each week. Please note that this role is classified as an employee position rather than a contractor role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client accounts and efficiently handle tasks in a demanding environment.
  • Provide comprehensive executive assistant support, including managing marketing system projects, editing websites, coordinating third-party platforms, creating engaging content, and overseeing social media management.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience and workflow.
  • Compile and disseminate daily and weekly reports for various clients.
  • Maintain accurate time tracking and reporting.
  • Participate in regular staff and strategy meetings, while also leading client meetings.

Required Skills

  • Proactive and self-motivated, striving to surpass expectations.
  • Strong customer service background with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficient in essential systems such as Google Suite, Wix, Asana, WordPress, project management tools, and CRM applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, with an aptitude for developing efficient systems and processes.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, able to juggle multiple tasks in a high-urgency environment.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant capacity.
  • At least 5 years of experience in executive assistant/project management roles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, and project management software.
  • Reliable home office setup, including a Mac or PC, high-speed internet, video conferencing tools, and a dedicated professional workspace.
