Position Title: Senior Salesforce Developer - Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to become an integral part of our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide innovative solutions while collaborating closely with business analysts to enhance the overall configuration and development of our Salesforce systems. You will also play a significant role in mentoring junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, and maintaining high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts to devise and implement effective Salesforce solutions.
• Leverage your expertise in Apex to both configure and develop Salesforce solutions.
• Engage with Certinia/Financial Force to fulfill mandatory experience requirements.
• Lead the design and execution of solutions utilizing the Salesforce Lightning Framework, Apex, and AppExchange product development.
• Utilize a robust understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Health Cloud to address diverse customer requirements.
• Develop rich, dynamic web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Apply your knowledge of API integration methodologies (REST and SOAP), with familiarity in Mulesoft being advantageous.
• Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Employ strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
• Mentor team members by providing guidance on best practices, code design, and reviews.
• Ensure effective management of Salesforce profiles, roles, sharing rules, validation rules, workflows, tasks, and triggers.
• Utilize Salesforce deployment tools to facilitate smooth and efficient releases.
  
  

Required Skills

• Over 8 years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong emphasis on solutioning and configuration.
• At least 2.5 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development including Apex, Lightning, and AppExchange products.
• Strong knowledge of various Salesforce clouds, including Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Health Cloud.
• Solid understanding of API integration, particularly REST and SOAP, with Mulesoft experience being a plus.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom development.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• A track record of mentoring and guiding teams to ensure adherence to best practices and successful solution delivery.
