Key Responsibilities

• Provide Evidence-Based Treatment: Offer effective therapy to diverse patient populations using established therapeutic methodologies.

Required Skills

• Active LICSW or LMHC licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in psychotherapy employing evidence-based treatment modalities.
• At least 1 year of experience in EMR documentation and treatment planning.
• Reliable access to necessary technology, including a computer, webcam, and stable internet connection.
• Strong self-motivation with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent engagement and assessment abilities to effectively serve a diverse patient demographic.
