- Collaborate effectively with PMs to create detailed scope of work documents.
- Assist in formulating budget frameworks and project timelines, ensuring necessary documentation is accessible for PMs and clients.
- Co-manage project budgets and schedules, fostering continuous communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure project adherence.
- Actively identify potential challenges and devise strategic solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Assume ownership of multiple projects concurrently, ensuring transparency and communication with clients and trade partners throughout all phases.
- Energetic and positive demeanor with a proactive attitude.
- Strong determination and resilience in navigating project management challenges.
- Ability to maintain composure and clarity under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to ethical standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication capabilities, both verbal and written.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically within custom residential new builds or historical renovations.
