- Act as the primary liaison for clients, nurturing robust relationships and guaranteeing an outstanding client experience.
- Partner with strategists and experts to establish project vision and oversee strategic execution.
- Champion client interests by ensuring all deliverables meet high standards and align with their business objectives.
- Build and enhance relationships across all levels within client organizations, from day-to-day contacts to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director of Client Experience to identify growth opportunities and broaden client partnerships.
- Lead key project presentations and milestone discussions.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, project management, or a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and strong follow-through capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strategic perspective with the ability to balance both client and company priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and an enthusiasm for fostering a positive team atmosphere.
