Required Skills

• Licensed as a Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC in New Jersey (preferably with multiple state licenses).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to provide effective telehealth care.
• Proficient in using digital platforms such as Zoom, EHR systems, and Google Suite.
• Access to a dependable high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working directly with children, adolescents, and families.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from \(40,000 to \)98,650 annually, based on clinical hours; an average therapist billing 28 hours per week can earn approximately $85,000 (excluding bonuses).
