Candidate Location Requirements:

Candidates must reside in one of the following States: AL, FL, GA, ID, MI, MD, MS, NC, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, UT

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the full-cycle bookkeeping process for multiple clients.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of bookkeeping professionals, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Oversee month-end closing processes and financial reporting, with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in bookkeeping operations.
  
  

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of comprehensive accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience within an accounting or bookkeeping context.
• Expertise in operating in multi-unit or multi-client environments.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel is essential.
• Strong capabilities in transactional bookkeeping with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with billable hours is highly beneficial.
• Proven experience in managing a team of at least 5 full-cycle bookkeeping professionals.

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.

• Competitive salary range of \(73k-\)83k, depending on experience, plus bonus potential.
