Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as the primary liaison to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Supervise project execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with clients to define strategic objectives and develop actionable plans to achieve results.
  • Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, billing, and revenue forecasting for client portfolios.
  • Monitor project performance, deliver progress reports, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in account management and marketing within an agency environment.
  • Proven success in managing and expanding client accounts.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on effective communication.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities, adept at managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency in crafting and executing strategies that yield measurable results.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management tools.
  • Solid understanding of business principles and financial management.

Qualifications

  • A successful history in account management, particularly in a creative agency context.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience managing client accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
