Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and ROI across various digital platforms including Google, Facebook, and Bing.
- Lead initiatives focused on growth marketing to significantly increase our customer base.
- Direct product marketing strategies to effectively promote our digital health services.
- Manage relationships with digital agencies and oversee affiliate partnerships to enhance outreach and drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with the overall brand and user experience.
- Utilize data analysis to assess campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with performance targets and maximizing efficiency.
- Over 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in growth marketing and customer acquisition, particularly in direct-to-consumer campaigns.
- Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in marketing analytics tools.
- Proficient in paid search, social media advertising, and performance marketing.
- Experience in managing creative pipelines for digital advertisements.
- Proven ability to navigate and thrive in a remote work environment.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- A proven track record of contributing to revenue growth within the range of $20-30 million through effective marketing strategies.
- Experience managing a marketing budget of at least $250k monthly.
- Familiarity with health-tech, telemedicine, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
