Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customized social media strategies across various brands and channels.
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content, campaigns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze and convey social media trends, designing experiments to enhance audience engagement.
- Identify optimal posting mixes per brand and platform to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with content creators, SEO professionals, product marketing teams, and developer relations.
- Monitor, assess, and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and identify avenues for innovation and expansion.
- Explore and advocate for new social platforms pertinent to key demographics.
- Manage social media content calendars for all brands, ensuring coherence and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Establish and develop an employee advocacy/ambassador program.
- Facilitate community engagement by overseeing conversations, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing organic B2B social media, preferably within a global technology organization or agency.
- Profound understanding of social media KPIs, goal-setting, and aligning performance metrics with overall business objectives.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and GitHub for B2B engagement.
- Analytical aptitude to derive insights from data, make informed recommendations, and present findings to senior leadership.
- Strong project management capabilities, adept at balancing multiple priorities concurrently.
- Self-driven problem solver with the discernment to seek collaboration when needed.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction within a remote, global team.
- Familiarity with developer communities and the acumen to craft marketing campaigns that resonate with technical audiences is advantageous.
- Experience with tools such as Sprout Social, Buffer, ClearView Social, and Monday is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in organic B2B social media management.
