Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, encompassing contractors and vendors.
  • Review and validate construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage permitting processes and ensure compliance during the entire project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify challenges and resolve project-related issues, escalating as necessary.
  • Prepare and present weekly status updates, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
  • Efficiently manage change orders to minimize impact on project schedules and financial plans.
  • Represent the company in project meetings, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Cultivate relationships with subcontractors and vendors to explore new opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in managing multi-site, regional rollout programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience in construction project management.
