Senior CyberArk Engineer | Remote WFH Opportunity

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior CyberArk Engineer to lead the charge in fortifying our Privileged Access Management (PAM) program. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the deployment, management, and optimization of CyberArk solutions in extensive environments, thus ensuring the protection of critical systems, applications, and accounts. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining secure access, implementing best practices, and supporting compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS) infrastructure.
• Configure key CyberArk components, including Vault, Central Policy Manager (CPM), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), and Privileged Session Manager (PSM).
• Ensure password rotation and security measures are effectively implemented for shared accounts.
• Enforce best practices for PAM, safeguarding essential data and systems.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and support for CyberArk-related incidents, addressing performance, access, and configuration challenges.
• Onboard and manage privileged accounts within the CyberArk framework, ensuring seamless automation workflows with platforms such as SailPoint.
• Ensure adherence to security policies and generate reports pertaining to privileged access usage and compliance.
• Conduct regular updates and apply necessary security patches to CyberArk components, collaborating with internal teams for timely patch management.
• Collaborate with IT security, compliance, and network teams to integrate CyberArk with other security solutions, conducting training sessions on CyberArk operations and best practices.
• Identify and address issues within Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems, integrating various platforms into the CyberArk ecosystem.
  
  

Required Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience with CyberArk components, including installation, deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
• Strong technical expertise in PAM platforms, particularly CyberArk, with a focus on best practices.
• Proven ability to manage privileged accounts across Windows, Unix, and Linux systems.
• Familiarity with directory services such as Active Directory or LDAP.
• Proficient in automating tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities in a privileged access security environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation and collaboration.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in deploying and maintaining CyberArk in large-scale environments.
• Solid understanding of information security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and compliance standards.
