- Identify and propose enhancements in the implementation process and tools to optimize workflows.
- Engage in cross-functional payroll initiatives, collaborating closely with various teams to streamline operations.
- Strong organizational skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and G Suite.
