Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage dashboards to effectively monitor supply needs across the U.S. and formulate strategies for acquiring new supply.
- Take ownership of the application funnel in Fountain, focusing on reducing application times and bolstering conversion rates while ensuring quality.
- Define registrant requirements and oversee the comprehensive registration process.
- Collaborate with a BPO team to facilitate tasks related to the growth and onboarding of new suppliers.
- Enhance operational performance by analyzing complex processes, establishing new metrics, and implementing innovative solutions.
- Initiate and execute strategic projects that directly impact the company’s bottom line.
- Create programs to amplify the number of top-of-funnel applicants beyond paid marketing efforts.
- Work closely with the Success and Fulfillment teams to ensure independent contractors deliver exceptional service to customers.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or operations with a tech startup or marketplace.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in breaking down complex business challenges into systematic solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in experimentation with a history of achieving measurable results.
- Strong analytical capabilities to address data-related inquiries independently.
- Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with technology and product teams to develop operational tools.
- Excellent project and program management skills, with a focus on organizational excellence and detailed planning.
- Proven ability to manage an offshore team with consistency and clarity.
- Skills in SQL, Python, and GSuite; familiarity with Sigma, Looker, and Fountain is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is essential.
