About The Role
As our Education & Events Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in organizing webinars and adult continuing education programs. Reporting to the Senior Director of Education and Professional Development, you'll help create valuable learning opportunities that enable aging services professionals to maintain their licenses, advance their careers, and stay informed about the latest industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Webinar Program Management:
- Take the lead in executing our webinar program from conception to completion
- Coordinate schedules and liaise with presenters
- Manage all logistical aspects to ensure high-quality webinar delivery
- Departmental Support:
- Serve as a key resource for the department by managing communications for task forces and advisory groups
- Maintain important information, documentation, and historical records with meticulous attention to detail
- Event Support:
- Contribute to the success of all association events by providing essential support and assistance
- Participate in occasional overnight travel as needed
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to coordinate and produce departmental work
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment
We offer a flexible hybrid workplace model:
- 2 days required on-site each week
- Option to work remotely on other days (laptop provided)
- Additional on-site days may be necessary depending on event schedules and job duties
- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiar with video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
- Comfortable with webinar software (e.g., GoTo Webinar)
- Knowledge of Salesforce or Nimble AMS software is a plus
- Basic understanding of CEU application processes is beneficial
