Field Marketing Manager (Remote)
Are you a passionate marketing professional with expertise in leading teams and managing cutting-edge marketing technology systems? We're seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to drive the strategy for large enterprise events and 3rd party sponsorships. If you're a creative strategic thinker with a knack for event management, project leadership, and understanding customer needs, this role is for you!
What You'll Do
Strategy: Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorships across North America. Create innovative, event-driven marketing programs, including thought leadership initiatives and non-traditional event presence.
Creative Vision: Bring the brand and its programs to life by understanding user experiences and crafting engaging experiences.
Event Execution: Lead the execution of successful events and thought leadership initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption. Manage all aspects of event production, including content, design, AV production, vendor relations, logistics, invitations, and promotions.
Communication: Collaborate with local and regional marketing and sales teams to showcase your team's great work, and present updates to C-level executives for feedback and approvals.
Analysis: Partner with analysts to measure the effectiveness of events and report on key performance metrics like engagement, satisfaction, brand impact, and return on investment (ROI).
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Growth Marketing, Global Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to align goals and incorporate diverse perspectives into your initiatives.
People Management: Oversee and mentor project teams, agencies, and freelancers. Provide guidance and training to new team members to ensure success.
What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
At least 7 years of experience in event management
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent written and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with C-level executives
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights that drive business outcomes
Proven success in managing multiple projects, budgets, and negotiations
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel and adapt to a flexible work schedule
